1. Operator and status
The verified legal operator, registration number, registered address, and support contact have not yet been published. These proposed Terms do not take effect until those details, the launch jurisdictions, and an affirmative acceptance flow are completed.
2. Eligibility and acceptance
The proposed minimum age is 18. When the service launches, access or account creation may require affirmative acceptance of the effective Terms and linked policies. Organisational users must have authority to bind their organisation.
3. Educational software only
Homa is intended to provide voice and text mentoring, bounded chart-context analysis, methodology-based questions, session reflection, and learning summaries. Homa is not a broker, exchange, financial adviser, signal service, copy-trading service, execution venue, portfolio manager, or custodian.
4. No execution and no stealth
Homa does not place, cancel, or modify orders; move stops; close positions; click broker controls; or copy trades. It is not designed to hide capture or evade screen sharing, platform detection, employers, or proctors.
5. Your responsibility
- You remain responsible for every trading and financial decision.
- You must independently verify chart context, AI output, market data, and assumptions.
- You must follow the laws, broker terms, platform rules, and tax requirements that apply to you.
- You should seek appropriately licensed professional advice when needed.
6. Account and acceptable use
When accounts are introduced, you must protect your credentials and may not impersonate others, bypass ownership checks or usage limits, probe private systems, upload unlawful material, introduce malware, abuse AI capacity, or use Homa to facilitate market manipulation or other unlawful conduct.
7. AI and methodology content
AI output can be incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, or wrong. Methodology concepts may be discretionary or disputed. Homa should distinguish visible facts from interpretation, but you must evaluate the output yourself. The AI disclosure explains the intended controls.
8. Desktop permissions and your content
You are responsible for choosing a lawful window or region to share and for avoiding third-party confidential information. Your session notes and other lawful content remain yours. The effective Terms will include a limited licence needed to process that content solely to operate and secure the service.
9. Availability, updates, and beta access
Private-beta features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Signed releases, staged updates, rollback, and release channels are planned but must be verified before public installer distribution. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
10. Pricing and subscriptions
No production billing or final price is offered in this marketing prototype. Future paid plans will require clear pricing, usage limits, renewal and cancellation terms, taxes, refund treatment, and affirmative checkout acceptance.
11. Warranties, liability, and governing law
Counsel review required. The effective warranty disclaimer, liability allocation, consumer-law carve-outs, trading-loss treatment, indemnity, governing law, and dispute forum must be approved after the company, launch markets, pricing model, and insurance position are confirmed.
