1. Not investment advice
Homa's questions, chart interpretations, methodology explanations, mistake labels, behavior summaries, reflections, metrics, and AI responses are general educational information. They are not personalised recommendations or offers to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
2. You can lose money
Trading and investing can result in the loss of some or all capital. Volatility, gaps, illiquidity, fees, spreads, slippage, financing, taxes, and execution delays can materially change results. Stops may not execute at the expected price.
3. Leverage and derivatives
Foreign exchange, contracts for difference, futures, options, digital assets, and other leveraged products can magnify losses. Depending on the product and account, losses may exceed the amount deposited. These products may be unsuitable for many people.
4. AI and visual-analysis risk
AI can hallucinate, misunderstand chart scale or timeframe, miss context, apply a methodology inconsistently, or sound confident while wrong. Screenshots may be cropped, low-resolution, obstructed, or ambiguous. Homa should ask for clarification when uncertain, but guardrails cannot eliminate error.
5. Behavioral summaries
Behavior analysis is intended to identify trading-relevant language patterns such as urgency, hesitation, FOMO, frustration, or rule-breaking intent. It is not a clinical assessment, diagnosis, or mental-health service and may classify context incorrectly.
6. Past and hypothetical performance
Past performance does not guarantee future results. Reflections, imported trades, manual records, backtests, simulations, and hypothetical metrics may be incomplete or affected by hindsight and modelling assumptions. Homa must not fabricate performance from screenshots.
7. No execution or monitoring guarantee
Homa does not place or manage orders, monitor broker positions, move stops, or contact you when a market changes. It must never be treated as an execution safeguard or emergency risk control.
8. Your responsibility
You alone remain responsible for suitability, verification, risk limits, legal and tax obligations, broker selection, and every trading decision. Seek advice from appropriately licensed financial, legal, and tax professionals where needed.
